Are you awake yet? The band figure eight doesn’t mince intentions with their recent braided. This is a rapturous release. Basked in melodic brilliance, the noise can’t overpower the naturally catchy appeal. Rathe, it adds harmonious overtones viciously.
The mix is gloriously ruthless in how it leaves the low end of the guitars unadultered. It’s a pretty, yet muddy mess. It lays favorably on the ears as an instrumental alone. Even still, the singer is simply brilliant. We hear an influence of emo and indie to match her shoegaze nature. We just love all of it.

We dig what’s happening with Bordeaux indie artist naya mö. Just a few months from the launch of her project, the French songwriter travelled to Baltimore to work with none other than indie darling Bartees Strange on her recent single wanderlust. The effort is worth the outcome.
Heavily influenced by Snail Mail and Pj Harvey, the addictive wanderlust embraces their dynamic ability. It’s a proper single with one foot in the underground and another on the surface. You just can’t deny the magnetic nature of this hook. The singers own exotic feature sparkles beneath the churn of fuzz. Drenched beneath a trademark coat of reverb, wanderlust is a mystical rock journey. Get lost in it.

Eyes Are All Around caught our attention with their new single Miles Away. The vintage cool groove gets altered by the vocal parts dreamy nature. It blends an influence of dream pop or shoegaze with a vibe familiar to Kurt Vibe. The band also cites Tame Impala as an influence.
We think it’s a sure thing for fans of both psych rock and indie pop. It’s got an eclectic dynamic brilliance. The band can rock too, and they show how they might extend this jam in the songs final section. Rock on.

Olivia Montgomery is strangely intoxicating on her recent Fortify Me. A dark abstract ethos collides with inherent beauty on this milestone release. The artist elegantly presents her polarities. It’s glorious contrast with sweeping progressive shifts that land dramatic. The artist has a flair for the epic.
It’s a refreshing dose of dreamy indie rock that remembers the impact of grunge. Stylistically we think it connects with fans of Wolf Alice while equally engaging fans of dark pop acts like Billie Eilish. We could use some new rock heroes, and there’s something about her saddled dagger that recalls the legend of Joan of Arc.
