Gigi Wilde has returned with her new song “permission.” The track is tenuously sprinkled with ethereal production aspects that Wilde floats atop effortlessly. Her melodies are unrestricted and soar all over the place, bringing a sense of diversity and evolution throughout the track’s duration.

Although “permission” starts as a modest ballad, it eventually blossoms into a more complex song with a drum line being introduced and effects being laced into her vocals. The track is the perfect blend between a funereal ballad and an ethereal anthem.

San Gabriel’s new track “Alone in My Room” is out now. The relatable chorus feels like a grand release of energy, especially because of its lyrics about “dancing alone in your room.” Gabriel’s vocal range is extensive, and he lets that show as he maneuvers between each section of the song.

The song opens with sample chops and eventually evolves into a more refined production with atmospheric synths and textural percussive sounds. Overdriven synths take place where guitars would usually fit, glistening synths overtake the melody during the back end of the track, and it’s unique approaches like this that set San Gabriel apart from other artists.
