We are digging what we’re hearing from boysee and their new single I promise you. Full of fresh jive boosted by a vibrant bassline, the new single wades between influences of soul, funk, and indie pop. The artists chill affect takes center stage as cascading piano lines drip like falling water. Stylistically it should connect with fans of The XX or James Blake, it has the minimalistic indie electro soul.

We adore the folk pop essence of Birdie, the new single from The Real Flower Pots. They adapt a late sixties influence with a nineties Brit Pop Sensibility and indie folk shine. It reflects how Simon and Garfunkel might sound in the new age, as if they were produced by The Shins. It’s nostalgic and entrancing, but it stands strong on its own two feet. Birdie is absolutely addictive.

Our indie dance heart fell for Out of Frame, the new single from Mirage. Psych pop and chill pop have a fling on this convincingly cool single. Subtle nods to disco shine courtesy of the expressive lead lines that sparkle around the songs acquired atmosphere. A drenched vocal rises from the bellow of unconscious like a guide aesthetic. Stylistically they find the middle ground between Rhye and Empire of the Sun. It’s groovy mellow in a way that wills you to the dance floor. We’re into it.
