Baby B is immediately infectious with her debut single, “Because,” a nostalgia-filled dreamscape that instantly leaves us wanting more. We love the ethereal vocal work in this one, both in its production quality and performance. We hear layers of elite vocal harmony overtop a dreamy, textured instrumental section, each lyric ringing out with an uplifting, atmospheric energy. Fans of Beach House and the Cocteau Twins will find themselves right at home with this intoxicating new indie dream-pop artist. Foley Station is back with their second single release, “Now I Know,” a touching, heartfelt song that delves into the power of introspection. This one retains that modern indie-rock feel with more pop elements that remind us of early Coldplay or even U2. We love the catchy instrumentation and thoughtful lyricism shown here, with a production style that caught our ear with its punchy percussion and exceptional guitar tones.

KRAMON recently dropped an album called evolutions, and we were instantly captivated with the third track, “CHANGE.” This eclectic, soulful tune featuring Meredith Adelaide brings an inventive, experimental sound to the modern indie scene that we have been searching for. We love the production style here; a focus on vocals as a mechanism to build sonic tension relieved only by an overdriven instrumental section. It masterfully bridges the gap between Billie Eilish and Tame Impala, employing an intimate vocal style over those aesthetic, synth-driven soundscapes. Fans of dark pop and psychedelic pop will quickly connect with their style. Do not miss out on the next top-charting indie artists.

We adore the relaxed, beachy aura presented by Matthew Smith Group and their recent self-titled album release, especially in their third track, “The Girls.” The timeless 60’s style here is reminiscent of some of our favorite classic artists like the Beach Boys and the Beatles. We love their vocalist’s easygoing timbre in this exceptional performance, dancing delicately overtop a wonderfully mixed backing band. The organ tones are on point, the groove is catchy and memorable, and the production is excellent. We love what we hear.
