Alexander Wolfe is ready To Feel Love. The title of his new single is a bit of a mirage compared to the imaginative reality of this arrangment. Wolfe has a penchant for cinematic auras and fleeting musical comforts. To Feel Love is an examination of what it means to hit rock bottom. “He just wants to feel love,” between escapades of cheap fixes and confusing arrangements. Dressed in an arrangement familiar to Coldplay’s best works, To Feel Love is refreshingly real.

We were inspired by the jovial layers that make up I Love You, Trackstar. The new single from Stinkus is immersed in intriguing contrast. A conundrum of influences converge with jagged edges that fit together just enough to feel approachable. Its a combination of synth pop, emo, and nineties influences. In that manner it recalls recent breakthroughs like Petey. We dig it.

Frank Gruber gives vacationland natives a proper anthem with his new single Welcome to Maine. Appropriately charming and embracing both the ups and downs of being from Maine, the new single succeeds at shining a light on the quiet turmoils relative to, well… Maine. Gruber delivers these follies delicately, being careful not to turn this into an annoyed complaining satire. It’s somewhere fairly in-between, much like Maines climate. Amazing in the summer, impossible in Winter.

If you love a good art pop song in an odd time signature you’ll enjoy Birthmark Galaxy, the new single from Jonathan Alexander. The songwriter has proficient piano skills to match his curious lyrical nature. The new single delves into some deep introspections that land brutally honest. Between the melodic vibe and the contents dark reality, Alexander could land some fair comparisons to Radiohead. It’s absolutely a compliment and one that threatens accusations of bending derivative, but what influence would you have them shine on their admirers. Alexander does that influence justice and finds some untapped energy that lands personal. We love it.
