Holy Crap! That was our sincere reaction experiencing the video for Vertical, the new single from Arliston. The script and storyline are brilliant and refreshingly creative. There’s a signature reverence that potentially feels intricate to the bands image moving forward. It’s a meaningful video too, offering some metaphorical visual substance to their collective aesthetic. Check it out.
We adore the interpretive modern dance seen in the video for Our Love, the new single from Ok Cowgirl. Beautifully shot along a picturesque beach coast, the dancer seemingly flows like the wind upon the water. The choreography gets lifted by the level of attention put into the cinematography. In tandem with the music the scene explodes in the second half as you start to realize you’re watching a one shot masterclass in filmaking. It’s the real deal. Get rocked!
There’s something haunting about the video for Moon Spirit, the new single from Ian Arden. The video features a contemplative Breanna Fagan who is also featured on the track hanging out in the bathtub. Her performance is convincing as the music and the memories it conjures seemingly bring her to tears. There’s sex appeal, but in the vein of classic art. We think it’s brilliant. See for yourself.
We dig the performance portrait video for Everything, the new single from TheCave. This kind of musicianship is best exemplified in a performance video and EVERYTHING delivers. It illuminates their ability to stretch the harmonic spectrum within a 4 piece instrumental arrangement (yes the voice is an instrument). Their style is a fresh perspective on progressive music. They cleverly blend the aesthetics of Vulfpeck, Radiohead, and Yes. See for yourself.
