When we see a Smiths cover, our standards are a little higher. &Tilly delivers with their recent rendition of How Soon Is Now? It’s not just any Smiths song, its probably their most well known. Despite that the new version from &Tilly sounds alien and unique in a way that is appropriately.
It lives on a different sonic plane compared to the original but they are both cosmic in polar ways. &Tilly brings an all-engulfing production design that cloaks you in it’s atmospheric brilliance.
The rising icon that is the singer of &Tilly lands another trademark performance. Adding to the cinematic brilliance the band has offered a beautifully shot music video that serves as a sort of stylistic profile piece. We just love this band.

Neon Sines have dropped a convincing throwback pop banger with their recent single Adeline. Effective production mirrors a vibe familiar to MJ with vocals that recall synthwaves powerful golden era.
Maybe it’s cause the duo has enlisted none other than Synthwave legend Ollie Wride on vocals. He brings it proper too. Wride doesn’t dial it in, rather, he shines. Adeline is an authentic Synthwave gem and we love that about it.

ARK IDENTITY dip into retro realms with their new single Closer. The single is lead by some beautiful analog synth work. They do well to add variation and surprise to the chord progression.
The vocal brings a refreshing indie rock influence to this sound. Altogether they bridge the gap between Tame Impala and Kavinsky.

We dig the dark moody nostalgia heard on When We Say, the new single from Prince No1. A catchy club ready banger, the new single has a modern essence while paying homage to its influences. The clever word play adds some catchy appeal to match the music’s magnetic vibe.
The project bridges the middle ground between alternative dance and synth pop. This could bring in some crossover fans who like bands like The 1975 as well as underground music lovers hooked on smart compositions.
