We love the energy Veradas exudes on their track Hud Money. A classic nostalgic psych flex lands eternal as we hear an influence of King Crimson to match the modern intuition of King Gizzard. All the kings would kneel at the altar of this emphatic gem. A little psychotic and a lot of fun, Hud Money sounds dangerous. Sick guitar work and thrashing drums get illuminated by the vocals sinister attitude. Get into it.

Imaginative post punk is our spirit animal and we’ve found a champion in Buddy Wynkoop. The Oregon based band is catchy on courtesy of their dynamic approach and infectious appeal. From the inspired lyrics to the clever riffs, Buddy Wynkoop is the kind of band that inspires a joyful frenzy. Their new single Nouveau Riche is just the latest in a string of excellent singles guaranteed to please fans of Idles, Viagra Boys, and Devo. We freakin’ love em.

Bending Backwards is saying NO to Spotify. We appreciate their defiance and we dig their new song I See You From Here. Entrancing guitar work cites an influence of Radiohead while a romantic vocal channels an aura of The Smiths. Its an intoxicating blend. We also hear an influence of Ra Ra Riot. We love this vibe. Screw Spotty, get the Vinyl, go see them live, get some merch. You know the dizzy. Power to the people.
