We like the vintage touch seeTrees put on their new single All These Things. Subtle images plot a chart but don’t tell the whole story. The lyrics were the first thing to catch our ear, but like Wilco the band puts some nice touches on this arrangement too. We also hear remnants of Dawes and Jackson Browne. We love that vibe.

Mellon appropriately dubbed their new track heavy. The sentiment rings true. There’s a daunting looming to this vibe. It finds contrast in the dreamy magnetism of the vocal, but its not a sultry touch. Its more of a spiritual soulful touch. In that manner its like an indie folk Peter Gabriel track. We love that approach.
