Trace Remains delivers a cinematic gem whilst teaming up with Pittsburgh filmmaker Max Cianci on a new music video for the single Breathing Air. A killer narrative gets immortalized via fantastic performances from all involved, specifically Selene Phillips as Vengeance and Douglas Tjelmeland as The Lion. Phillips is convincing as the scorned femme fatale vixen while Tjelmeland looms gigantic with serious villain energy. Beautifully shot with believable effects and make-up, Breathing Air has real film fest quality.
&Tilly could give a masterclass on simple music video ideas that are incredibly effective. Their latest Glass Castles fits the bill, using cinematography and edit effects to illuminate the creepy dark industrial rock essence of the music. It captures their vixen in a compromised state. Her captured state channels the vulnerable shaken hush of her vocal delivery. She sounds scared and trapped much like you see in the video. It’s just another gem from this prolific multi-dimensional partnership. Get into this one and then head to their channel to see their other impressive vids. &Tilly does everything awesome!
We’ve done some consulting and mentoring for emerging artists and managers. Our message lately has been consistent, capture a great live performance that embodies the energy you bring to your show. We get that from the performance video for Peepshow, the new song from Conor Miley. There’s a lot of fun in this violence as Miley surges with conviction for his craft. We def want to see him in concert, check this out!
Decadence, Elegance, Beauty, Youth. We see all of that in the big budget triumph that is Don’t Call Me, the new video from Max Maryott.
